Purpose. To promulgate the policies and operating
procedures for the
administratlon and operation of the Naval
Aviation Technical Training Program provided under the direction
of the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training (CNATT).
This instruction is a complete revision and should be read in
its entirety. For the purpose of this instruction, the term
"CNATT subordinate commands" shall refer to all Navy and Marine
Corps commands, units, detachments, Naval Air
~echnical Training
Center, Naval Aviation Schools Command and training sites within
the CNATT domain.
