This Instruction implements Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 41-1, Health Care Programs and
Resources, and AFPD 41-2, Medical Support. This instruction applies to Regular Air Force (Reg
AF), AF Reserve (AFR) and Air National Guard (ANG) personnel. This Instruction requires the
collection and or maintenance of information protected by the Privacy Act of 1974 authorized by
Title 10 United States Code, Section 8013, Secretary of the Air Force. The applicable SORN F036
