Bonus and Incentive Pay (NOBIP)
1. Purpose.
a. To prescribe regulations governing the administration of a special incentive pay system
for certain nuclear-qualified officers and individuals selected for naval nuclear propulsion
training, as authorized by reference (a).
b. This revision incorporates changes as summarized in subparagraphs 1b(1) through 1b(7).
(1) Incorporates a tiered bonus structure for nuclear officer continuation bonus (COBO)
agreements.
