This Air Force Manual implements Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 13-1, Command and
Control Enterprise (C2 Enterprise), and is consistent with and responsive to relevant portions of
AFPD 10-9, Lead Command Designation and Responsibilities for Weapon Systems. It provides
the criteria and procedures necessary to conduct the Standardization and Evaluation
(STAN/EVAL) program for Air Operations Center/Operations Center (AOC/OC) element that
support combatant commanders, including Air National Guard (ANG) and Air Force Reserve
AOC augmentation units. This manual applies to all civilian and uniformed members of the
Regular Air Force (RegAF), Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard that operate the AOC
weapon system. This AFMAN does not apply to the Civil Air Patrol. Ensure all records created
as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with Air Force
Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of in accordance with the Air
Force Records Disposition Schedule located in the Air Force Records Information Management
System. The authorities to collect and or maintain the records prescribed in this publication are
Title 10, United States Code, Section 9013 and Executive Order 9397. Forms affected by The
