1. Purpose. To transmit revised pages 5-4 and 5-5 and new page 5-5a, Berthing 5.1.7; and page
5-7 and new page 5-7a, Crew's Heads and washrooms 5.1.13, which increases personal privacy
requirements in shared spaces out of courtesy to others.
2. Action. Remove page xii and pages 5-4, 5-5, and 5-7 of enclosure (1) of OPNAVINST
3120.32D and replace with enclosures (1) through (3) of this change transmittal respectively.
3. Records Management. Records created as a result of this change transmittal, regardless of
media or format, must be managed per Secretary of the Navy Manual 5210.1 of January 2012.
