MILITARY SPECIFICATION
FIRING ATTACHMENTS, BLANK
AMMUNITION
This amendment forms a part of Military Specification MIL-F-2980E,
dated 6 April 1976, and is approved for use by all Departments and
Agencies of the Department of Defense.
Paragraph 4,5.3,2,
PAGE 6
Delete in its entirety and substitute the following:
“4.5.3.2,
Functioning testing,
- Three sample blank ammunition
firing attachments shall be selected at random from the samples that
passed the examination in 4.5.2, and shall be tested for functioning
(see 3,3) using the test methods specified in 4.6. Failure of any
sample to pass this test shall be cause for rejection of the lot."
