MILITARY SPECIFICATION

FITTINGS, FLAF!ELESSTUBE, FLUID CONNECTION
This specification is approved for use by all Departments and Agencies of
the Department of Defense.
1. SCOPE
1.1 -. This specification establishes the requirements for flareless
tube connection fittings, nuts and sleeves for use in fluid systems (see 6.1).
1.2 Classification.
Fittings shall be furnished in the styles designated by
the applicable MS standards as specified herein or other engineering standard
drawings approved by the procuring activity (see 6.1 and 6.2).
