This manual implements Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 11-2, Aircrew Operations, and Air
Force Manual (AFMAN) 11-202, Vol 1, Aircrew Training. It establishes standards for
qualification, mission qualification, continuation, and upgrade training for aircrew members
operating MC-130H aircraft. This manual applies to civilian employees and uniformed members
of the Regular Air Force, Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard, unless explicitly otherwise
provided. This publication does not apply to the United States Space Force. This manual requires
the collection and or maintenance of information protected by the Privacy Act of 1974 authorized
by Title 10 United States Code, Section 9013, Secretary of the Air Force. The applicable system
of records notice (SORN) F011 AF XO A, Aviation Resource Management Systems (ARMS), is

result of processes prescribed in this publication adhere to AFI 33-322, Records Management and

System. Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the office of primary
responsibility (OPR) using the Department if the Air Force (DAF) Form 847, Recommendation
for Change of Publication; route DAF Forms 847 from the field through the appropriate functional
chain of command. This publication may be supplemented at any level, but all supplements must
be routed to the OPR of this publication for coordination prior to certification and approval. The
authorities to waive wing/unit level requirements in this publication are identified with a Tier (“T-
