This instruction establishes criteria and procedures for A-29 flight evaluations and implements
AFPD 11-4, Aviation Service, AFI 11-200, Aircrew Training, Standardizations, and General
Operations Procedures, and AFI 11-202V2, Aircrew Standardization/Evaluation Program. It
applies to AETC A-29 units. This instruction does not apply to the Air National Guard (ANG)
and Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) and their units, except for associate pilots flying the
A-29. This instruction does not apply to USAF Air Advisors under Operational Control
(OPCON) of theater Air Forces unless specifically stated by appropriate theater Air Force
authority. The waiver authority for this publication is HQ AETC/A2/3/10. Submit requests for
waivers through chain of command to HQ AETC/A3QF. Units will forward proposed
supplements to this volume to HQ AETC/A3QF, for coordination prior to publication. Submit
suggested improvements to this instruction on AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of
Publication, through standardization and evaluation (Stan/Eval) channels to AETC/A3QF.
Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are
maintained IAW Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of
IAW Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition
Schedule (RDS).
