This instruction implements AFPD 11-2, Aircraft Rules and Procedures, and AFI 11-202,
Volume 3, General Flight Rules. It prescribes standard procedures to be used by all pilots
operating A-29. The AETC/A2/3/10 is waiver authority for this instruction unless specified
elsewhere. (T-2). This publication does not apply to Air Force Reserve Command and Air
National Guard pilots, except associate pilots flying A-29 aircraft. Forward proposed
supplements to AETC/A3Q for coordination prior to publication. Submit suggested
improvements to this publication via AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication,
through stan/eval channels to AETC/A3QV. This publication may not be supplemented or
further implemented/extended. The Privacy Act of 1974 applies to certain information gathered
