This instruction implements AFPD 11-2, Aircraft Rules and Procedures and AFPD 11-4,
Aviation Service. This instruction does not apply to the Air National Guard (ANG) and Air
Force Reserve Command (AFRC) and their units, except for associate pilots flying the A-29. It
authorizes and establishes procedures and criteria for training AETC A-29 aircrew. The waiver
authority for this publication is AETC/A2/3/10 unless specific waiver authority is granted within
this instruction. Unless otherwise stated in this document, Wing/CCs are the approval authority
for individual personnel exceptions to the policy outlined in this instruction caused by special or
unusual circumstances. (T-3). Submit waiver requests through command channels IAW AFI 33-
360, Publication and Forms Management. References to forms within this instruction also
equate to electronic products when authorized. Ensure all records created as a result of processes
prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with (IAW) AF Manual (AFMAN)
33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of IAW Air Force Records Information
Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS). This publication requires
collecting and/or maintaining information protected by the Privacy Act (PA) of 1974. The
authorities to collect and/or maintain the records prescribed in this publication are Title 37
